So the house!  We had inspections this morning.  Some of the things we expected: the electricity needs to be updated (it is a 1928 house), it has original windows so no double panes, there's a little water damage in basement.  Then there were other things we did not expect: there's a leak under the toilet that has lead to the wood rotting under the ( Read more... )
